Casoli, the graffiti town |
‘Sgraffiti a Casoli’, an event promoted by a local committee in partnership with the town of Camaiore, brought the great artist Rosario Murabito to Casoli, where he painted the town’s first graffiti art in the main square. During the event the town has seen extemporary artworks produced in real time by selected artists.

An artistic event first held in 2006, repeated every year in the last week of May, when graffiti is drawn on the walls of the village to pay homage to artist Murabito, who lived and worked here. |
Candalla waterfalls

Candalla is close to Camaiore, not far from the village of Vado, near an old mill marking the start of a charming path through the woods. The path climbs upwards, following the banks of the Lombricese River, in a fascinating itinerary that meets the expectations of nature lovers, climbers and fans of industrial archaeology, who will enjoy the ancient mills, olive presses, powder mills and a pasta factory dating back to 1854 along the path. |
